Meet Your Teacher Trainer
As a fourth-generation Pilates teacher, my work is deeply influenced by the classical lineage and traditions of the method. I hold a 500-hour comprehensive Pilates certification and teach with a strong respect for the original system created by Joseph Pilates.
I am committed to a classical approach, focusing on precision, control, and purposeful movement. At the same time, I believe Pilates should feel accessible, never intimidating. Some of my greatest joy comes from working with those who are completely new to Pilates and helping them discover what their bodies are capable of.
As a teacher trainer, I am passionate about developing thoughtful, confident instructors who understand not just how to teach Pilates, but why the work matters.
