This 23-minute Mat Pilates class gives you a full-body workout using only your mat. We start with essential Pre-Pilates movements to establish breath, core connection, and alignment. From there, you’ll move through beginner variations of the classical mat sequence and finish with slightly more challenging beginner–intermediate versions to help you build strength and confidence.

This flow is great for anyone new to Pilates, returning to movement, or wanting a quick, effective full-body reset.
